I’ve been with Goodnick for 4 months now and the difference in my strength is honestly astounding. I can carry my own shopping bags up the stairs without stopping to rest halfway. My knees also feel so much better than they used to, less stiff in the mornings. Would recommend to any woman my age who wants to feel capable again.
