01

Overview

VeriStaff is an Australian business process outsourcing (BPO) company operating under Veristaff Pty Ltd. It connects businesses with offshore staff for specific roles — medical reception, bookkeeping, virtual assistance — under an “ethical outsourcing” brand, positioned against generic call-center outsourcing.
02

Gaps in the Current Site

  • There’s an opportunity to add client logos, testimonials, or case studies — social proof that would build extra trust for a service like this.
  • CTAs like “Get Started” and “Get My Quote Now” could be sharpened into a clearer, more specific next step for visitors.
  • “Courses” appears in the main navigation, but it’d help to clarify what it leads to — internal training, or something for clients.
  • The site currently welcomes both outsourcing clients and job candidates on the same paths — separating those two journeys could make each one feel more tailored.

Who are you positioning against — more affordable offshore BPO providers, or higher-end onshore alternatives?

The answer helps shape the direction of the enhancement project: leaning into trust & ethical positioning, or cost & efficiency. Getting clear on this will help the messaging land more precisely.

Discovery Questions

Business Goals 3

  • Q
What’s the primary conversion goal — quote requests, applications, or both?Current CTAs don’t distinguish a funnel.
  • Q
Who’s the real target audience: businesses looking to outsource, or candidates looking for jobs? The site currently tries to serve both with little separation.
  • Q
Any plans to expand services beyond medical reception, bookkeeping, and VAs?

Content & Proof 3

  • Q
Do you have testimonials, case studies, or client logos not currently on the site?
  • Q
Any real numbers to lean on — years in business, staff count, retention rate, client count?
  • Q
What is the “Courses” section for?In the nav, but no accessible content — internal training vs. client-facing product.

Recruitment Pipeline 1

  • Q
How important is the candidate/careers side vs. the client-facing side?Current application form is detailed (WPM, shift preference, BPO experience) — front-and-center or tucked away as part of the enhancement?

Trust & Compliance 2

  • Q
Any certifications or accreditations to back up the security/privacy messaging visually — badges, partner logos?
  • Q
Any specific compliance requirements tied to healthcare data, given you place medical receptionists?

Practical 3

  • Q
Staying on WordPress, or open to a platform change?
  • Q
Any existing brand guidelines, or is this also a rebrand?
  • Q
Who are you positioning against — more affordable offshore BPO providers, or higher-end onshore alternatives?See callout above — this helps shape the overall strategy.
